  The employees are so rude. I came return a pair of shoes I bought yesterday. They told me that they can't return since there is no box. I told them that I wasn't aware of that when I purchased it. No one informed me. Girls who work there are really really rude. Seems like they provide to customer service or sales training but hire young girls who never went to school. I showed her the receipt. It say you can return it with packing you recover. It doesn't say "BOX"... it's a scam.There are many other similar stores in Crossiron. They really treat customers well. They also answer customer service phone calls.

  I have used this store a few times and had accepted that the staff were unhelpful and in-efficient but my last experience this week when returning an online purchase was shocking. The girl behind the counter was rude and indifferent. Said she had no record of my order and after a few minutes of her typing on the computer when I asked if she had found it I was sworn at for my trouble. Do not shop here. A truly horrible experience.

  Called to see if a specific item was in stock. The lady Debbie was very helpful even though the item was on reorder. She offered to call me once in stock and to this I must credit this location praise and satisfaction. Let just hope everything else follows through. Thanks Debbie
